Terms & Conditions
Check-in
Check-in time is 3pm onwards. If you are arriving later than 8pm please let us know.
To check-in please come into the pub and we will show you to your room.
Check-out
Check-out time is 11am.
Breakfast
The room rate includes VAT and breakfast which comprises of Tea or coffee, fresh juice, toast, pastries and conserves, preserved fruit and a menu of cooked breakfast items will be offered.
Single Occupancy
All of the rooms have a single occupancy room rate.
Smoking
We have space in the front and rear of the Inn for those who wish to smoke tobacco.
All internal areas of the Three Kings are non-smoking.
Car Parking
Car parking is on a first come first served basis – Parking is at your own risk.
Dogs
We welcome dogs. We ask all dog owners to behave responsibly and pick up any dog litter.
We will charge £10 per dog per night for your dog to stay.
Dog beds are provided on request and are free of charge.
Room Bookings
Room bookings are available online on our website or on booking.com.
Room Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 48 hours of the expected arrival date, 100% of your full stay will be charged to the card details provided.
Refunds are not available for a failure to attend.
